Founded in 2008, Pierry was built with one goal in mind—helping organizations large and small make the most out of their online presence. This goal continues to drive us forward and over time has helped us evolve into a full service digital marketing company partnering with big names such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ticketmaster, and Movable Ink. In 2017 we became a part of the Wunderman Group of companies.

We are a Salesforce Gold partner and currently one of the largest global implementers of Marketing Cloud Technology. We are also proud to have been recently ranked #424 in the Inc. 500 List.

Josh Pierry CEO & Founder

Josh Pierry CEO & Founder

As CEO and Founder, Josh Pierry has watched what is now Pierry evolve from a humble consulting firm to a full-scale international digital marketing company specializing in MaaS (Marketing as a Service), a term he coined and feels best describes what Pierry provides.

An alumni of American University, Josh holds a BA in International Relations, has studied at Ritsumeikan Daigaku and Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Lingvisticeskij Universitet, and is fluent in both Japanese and Russian.

Josh is an avid traveler, but what he loves most is being a husband and loving father of two children. He also sits on the board of the Redwood City Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he enjoys grilling, beer, and a good bottle of wine.

Jon Lee

Jon Lee Chief Technology Officer

Jon joined WT’s, Salesforce Center of Excellence, formerly Pierry in May 2019 as CTO responsible for product, development, data strategy, implementation, technology, and security strategy.
Jon was formerly with Atomized where, since 2015, he served as President and Chief Technology Officer. During his time there he led the digital transformation of the product from an idea to a patented marketing visualization platform that was eventually acquired by Opal.

Prior to Atomized, Jon has held several product and technology executive roles at Sears Holdings, Blinq Media (acquired by Gannett), Vitrue (acquired by Oracle), Autotrader, and DNAStudio.
Jon is currently an executive advisor for 3 technology companies in the marketing and healthcare space. During his career he has been granted 4 patents for technological innovations across multiple disciplines.

Jon served in the US Army and attended school at the University of Texas, San Antonio and currently lives in San Antonio.

Yang Wu Chief Financial Officer

Yang Wu Chief Financial Officer

Yang is a boomerang at WPP, having done his first stint as Finance Manager at Young &Rubicam in Toronto, and returning in 2017 to work as VP of Finance for GTB and Wunderman in Toronto. He officially joined Pierry in November 2018 and relocated from Toronto to Redwood City.

In between the two WPP stints, Yang worked in a Business Development and Consulting role at 3esi-Enersight, an oil and gas software company in Calgary, leading multiple international sales efforts in Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Prior to this, Yang founded an oil and gas equipment distribution business based in Shanghai with offices in Calgary and Quito. In 2011, he also founded a commodities brokerage business based in Shanghai, with partners in Monaco, Dubai, Singapore, and Johannesburg. Yang started his career in investment banking at Bank of Montreal in Toronto, graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in Economics and Oxford University with an MBA.

In his spare time, Yang is an avid traveler and foodie, having lived in five different cities in four different countries over the last decade.

Bob joined Pierry in March of 2016 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Bob came to Pierry with over 25 years of Human Resources and management experience in both the private and public sectors. He has designed organizational and workforce development programs, as well as lead strategic planning processes. He has experience in all facets of human resources. He also designed a training consortium for local employers. Bob has been an executive coach to CEOs of both private and public sector organizations. Bob worked for McKesson Corporation in San Francisco, as well as several cities in California.

Bob earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco and holds degrees in labor relations and organizational behavior. He is a designated Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resource Managers and is a certified executive coach.

J. Brooke Hern Chief Legal Officer / Executive VP, New Business & Operations

Brooke leads Pierry’s legal affairs, including contract, litigation, intellectual property and corporate matters.  He also provides leadership in operations, finance, strategic planning, marketing, business development, and in developing new business through partnerships with other entities within the WPP and Wunderman Thompson group of companies.

Brooke’s roots with Pierry date back to its origins in 2008, when he began serving as outside general counsel for Pierry Interactive, LLC.  With 21 years of experience in both corporate law and litigation, Brooke is a member of Pierry’s executive leadership committee.

Brooke earned a B.A. in Political Science from American University, and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University.  In his free time, Brooke enjoys travel, golf, tennis, billiards, and guitar.

As the head of the Account Management, Project Management, and Campaign Management departments, Amy Batmazian is a true triple threat. Her commitment to the growth, retention, and success of Pierry’s clients is unparalleled as is her dedication to building strong, trusting relationships.

Specializing in the retail sector, her 12+ years of experience in managing teams at a global level has produced huge growth in both revenue and client satisfaction. When she’s not developing ways to increase ROI, Amy loves spending time with her husband, two kids, and two Great Danes.
