Founded in 2008, Pierry was built with one goal in mind—helping organizations large and small make the most out of their online presence. This goal continues to drive us forward and over time has helped us evolve into a full service digital marketing company partnering with big names such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ticketmaster, and Movable Ink. In 2017 we became a part of the Wunderman Group of companies.

We are a Salesforce Gold partner and currently one of the largest global implementers of Marketing Cloud Technology. We are also proud to have been recently ranked #424 in the Inc. 500 List.

Josh Pierry CEO & Founder

Josh Pierry CEO & Founder

As CEO and Founder, Josh Pierry has watched what is now Pierry evolve from a humble consulting firm to a full-scale international digital marketing company specializing in MaaS (Marketing as a Service), a term he coined and feels best describes what Pierry provides.

An alumni of American University, Josh holds a BA in International Relations, has studied at Ritsumeikan Daigaku and Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Lingvisticeskij Universitet, and is fluent in both Japanese and Russian.

Josh is an avid traveler, but what he loves most is being a husband and loving father of two children. He also sits on the board of the Redwood City Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he enjoys grilling, beer, and a good bottle of wine.

Ben Lee CMO/COO

Ben Lee CMO/COO

Ben serves as both our Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operations Officer. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University and has over 15 years of experience in strategy, program management, and creative direction. His extensive background also spans across operational management and executive leadership, which he uses to lead training events. Ben has worked for a variety of industries—with an emphasis on those in the financial sector—providing services for organizations valued anywhere from $50 million to nearly a $1 billion in assets. In May of 2017, Ben was adorned the “Outstanding Marketer Award” from the Academy of Marketing Science—a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting excellence in marketing practices and knowledge.

A committed family man, Ben loves spending time with his wife and two sons, hiking, playing guitar, watching movies, and being a die-hard New Orleans’ Saints fan. When time allows, Ben enjoys traveling to Romania and Vietnam to do service work, as well as Kampala, Uganda to visit a local boy that his family supports through their church. His most recent service trip led him to Romania to help renovate a hospital and serve at an elderly orphanage.

J. Brooke Hern Chief Legal Officer

J. Brooke Hern Chief Legal Officer

Brooke leads Pierry’s legal, compliance, risk management, and information security practices and initiatives. He also serves as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Pierry, Inc.  Brooke’s roots with Pierry date back to its origins in 2008, when he began serving as outside general counsel for Pierry Interactive, LLC.  With 20 years of experience in both corporate law and litigation, Brooke is a member of Pierry’s executive leadership committee.

Brooke earned a B.A. in Political Science from American University, and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University.  In his private practice, Brooke’s past clients included Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Bottling Company of New York, Rent-A-Center, and Foot Locker.

In his free time, Brooke enjoys travel, golf, tennis, skiing, billiards, and guitar.

Bob Bell Chief HR Officer

Bob joined Pierry in March of 2016 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Bob came to Pierry with over 25 years of Human Resources and management experience in both the private and public sectors. He has designed organizational and workforce development programs, as well as lead strategic planning processes. He has experience in all facets of human resources. He also designed a training consortium for local employers. Bob has been an executive coach to CEOs of both private and public sector organizations. Bob worked for McKesson Corporation in San Francisco, as well as several cities in California.

Bob earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco and holds degrees in labor relations and organizational behavior. He is a designated Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resource Managers and is a certified executive coach.

Jeff Green Chief Revenue Officer

Jeff Green Chief Revenue Officer

Jeff has over 20 years of diverse sales, leadership, and business experience. He has led several sales organizations and companies, including two successful start-ups; one which went to acquisition and the other which matured to a thriving business in the service space.

Jeff is also well versed in channel sales and business development, leveraging his past experience which included overseeing multiple key partnerships for Return Path — including their most strategic partner, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. He was responsible for helping build out the Channel Sales Manager role at scale, while overseeing all sales efforts through the partnership in the West and Canadian regions. He was recognized with several awards and developed a strong understanding of email marketing and deliverability best practices.

A veteran of the armed forces, Jeff served in the United States Army, specializing in aviation electronics.

Inspired by the consistently overlapping lines of advertising and technology, Ash Amin is a distinctive leader in the industry with an original perspective. She infuses the conceptual with the scientific, delivering real connections between audiences and brands, while cultivating collaborative relationships with her clients and her team.

As Creative Director and department lead at Pierry, she brings her experience on 66 award-winning campaigns plus 15 years in the industry to guide her team to unique, data-driven creative solutions. Above all, Ash is passionate about the work she does, giving 100% dedication to her projects, her team, and her clients. And when she isn’t directing the creative team, she likes biking and hiking in the beautiful Colorado outdoors with her family.

As the head of the Account Management, Project Management, and Campaign Management departments, Amy Batmazian is a true triple threat. Her commitment to the growth, retention, and success of Pierry’s clients is unparalleled as is her dedication to building strong, trusting relationships.

Specializing in the retail sector, her 12+ years of experience in managing teams at a global level has produced huge growth in both revenue and client satisfaction. When she’s not developing ways to increase ROI, Amy loves spending time with her husband, two kids, and two Great Danes.

In his role as Director of Technical Services, Paul has a keen focus on helping customers and his team architect solutions to address the increasing complexity of the marketing data.

His 11+ years of experience within the marketing space gives Paul the unique ability to ensure client success by empowering his team to deliver best-in-class consulting and technical services. When he’s not creating exceptional digital experiences, Paul enjoys unplugging by running, skiing, playing golf, and spending time with family.

Matt Wyant Director of Sales

Matt Wyant Director of Sales

A veteran of the hospitality and tech markets, Matt Wyant brings his 20 years’ experience to Pierry as Director of Sales leading the new business department. He strives to position right services to grow Pierry into a powerhouse Salesforce company.

Before joining the Pierry team, Matt worked with both ExactTarget and Salesforce where he helped retail and consumer goods clients find the right mix of services to meet their marketing goals. And when he’s not building strong relationships or staying on top of market trends, he enjoys camping and spending time with his wife, two kids, and two golden retrievers.
